2. Website (gravity.zyrabit.com)

When you visit the marketing site we may process:

• Technical data via Cloudflare (CDN / security) — see Cookie Policy.
• Payment-related data via Stripe when you buy (email, payment details handled by Stripe).
• Emails you send to contact@zyrabit.com.

We do not run separate marketing pixels (no Meta/Google Ads pixels) beyond Cloudflare and Stripe as stated.

3. Mac app (Gravity)

There is no user account / login.

Telemetry off: only limited computer information as needed for the product to run locally; we do not upload your chats, documents, or models.

Telemetry on (opt-in): we may receive crash reports, app/version identifiers, computer information, and the time of the crash — to improve our own tools. We do not receive message text, audio, documents, or camera frames in telemetry.

We do not store your conversations or models in our cloud. Aside from payment/license records and optional telemetry above, content stays on your Mac.

4. Payments & license

Payments are processed by Stripe. We retain related support emails and license/payment records on our side for 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law or accounting rules.

5. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@zyrabit.com. We honour deletion requests for data under our control (subject to legal retention duties, e.g. tax).
